Refund Policy

At THE MOBILE MASSAGE CO. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “I”) value your time and commitment to improving your health and well-being. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

 

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will apply.

 

2. Refunds

  • Massage Services (Sports, Deep Tissue & Relaxation):

    • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

    • Prepaid sessions or packages are refundable only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • If you experience a medical issue that prevents you from continuing treatment, please provide documentation and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Personal Training / Running Services:

    • Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed sessions.

    • Prepaid packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

    • After sessions have begun, packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

 

3. Exceptions

  • If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
