  • We are trained to adapt personal training sessions and massage treatments where safe and appropriate.

  • We may require GP/medical clearance before working with clients who have certain medical conditions or additional support needs.

  • We aim to communicate clearly and respectfully with all clients.

  • Information about our services can be provided in alternative formats (digital, large print) upon request.

  • If you require additional support (e.g., a carer present during sessions), please let us know in advance.
