Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will apply.
Refunds

Massage Services (Sports, Deep Tissue, Relaxation & Chair Massage):

Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

Prepaid sessions or packages are refundable only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you experience a medical issue that prevents you from continuing treatment, please provide documentation and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
